"The transition from legal affairs to business affairs has transformed me from a rule keeper to a promoter of innovation. My legal background allows me to pay more attention to risk control in business decision-making, while my business role allows me to think about problems from a global perspective and pay more attention to strategic planning and resource integration. This change has broadened my thinking mode and made me more flexible and pragmatic. From another perspective, compliance and innovation are not opposites, but rather two sides of the same coin that complement each other. She always believes that one should start from her own feelings and find a comfortable state in work and life: "I will devote myself to different environments, work efficiently, live attentively, and focus on the present. When I am at work, I will prioritize things and pay attention to priority management; on weekends or in my spare time, I will try my best to accompany my family and enrich our common experience, such as participating in parent-child activities, hiking, etc. This not only deepens my relationship with my family, but also increases our shared memories. The harmonious family and parent-child relationship brought about by high-quality companionship is something I am very proud of, and it is also the biggest help for me to focus on work." She achieves a comfortable state with a calm and natural mentality and strong empathy, making everyone who gets along with her feel like spring breeze.

Perhaps this is the power of women who are gentle and caring. The stereotyped image of a female leader in the family as a 'tiger mom' does not appear on Anna. She smiled and said, "Raising a child? That doesn't exist. Raising a child is not as good as raising yourself. The most important thing is to live a good life."
