PANews reported on April 25 that according to a report by Deloitte Financial Services Center cited by CoinDesk, the global real estate tokenization market is expected to grow to $4 trillion by 2035, with a compound annual growth rate of 27%. This trend will reshape the private real estate market through on-chain loans, funds and land ownership. The report pointed out that despite its significant advantages in efficiency, settlement speed and investor coverage, asset custody, regulatory clarity and default handling remain key challenges.
