Huang Haihua introduced that the 2025 legislative work plan has arranged 14 bills for continued review and 23 bills for initial review. Among them, in terms of improving the system and mechanism that is conducive to promoting high-quality development, the Private Economy Promotion Law, the National Development Planning Law, the Financial Law, the Financial Stability Law, the Law on the Protection and Quality Improvement of Cultivated Land, and the Anti-Unfair Competition Law, the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law, the Tendering and Bidding Law, the Agriculture Law, the Fisheries Law, the Civil Aviation Law, the People's Bank of China Law, and the Banking Supervision and Administration Law were revised.
