Job responsibilities include policy research, regulatory docking, internal policy support and market analysis to ensure the company’s compliance and competitiveness in the stablecoin field.
Job requirements: Bachelor degree or above in finance, economics or law, at least 10 years of experience in the financial industry, including 5 years of experience in regulatory or financial institution policy research. Candidates with a background in stablecoins or blockchain industry are preferred. They must be familiar with domestic and foreign regulatory policies, have policy analysis capabilities, understand Web3 and blockchain technology, and be able to write high-quality research reports. In addition, this position requires good communication and coordination skills, the ability to communicate efficiently with regulatory agencies and internal teams, fluent in English, and the ability to write English reports.
