PANews reported on April 8 that according to The Block, Plume, an integrated modular blockchain built specifically for real-world assets (RWA), announced that it has received strategic investment from funds managed by alternative asset management company Apollo. Plume is building an EVM-compatible environment and full-stack infrastructure to transform traditional financial instruments, carbon credits, GPUs, collectibles, and other alternative assets into composable digital assets, integrating them into its RWAfi ecosystem with novel practicality. With this funding, Plume hopes to accelerate the development of its modular blockchain infrastructure, aiming to provide RWA on-chain services to cryptocurrency-native enterprises, traditional financial institutions, asset issuers, and more.
