PANews reported on May 7 that according to official news, HashKey Eco Labs CEO Kay said in an interview with FT Chinese that as institutions accelerate the industry trend of embracing RWA (real world assets) on-chain, HashKey Chain's business has developed rapidly and continued to achieve important performance breakthroughs. So far, the HashKey Chain team has carried out in-depth docking with more than 200 institutions, involving traditional financial institutions, asset management companies, technology companies and Web3 native projects, further consolidating its market position as the "preferred public chain for finance and RWA".
Kay said that among these cooperation intentions, traditional financial institutions are particularly active, including many leading banks, asset management companies, funds and insurance companies. They are exploring the tokenization of traditional financial products such as money market funds (MMF), ETFs, bonds, etc., and realizing 7×24-hour global market access, real-time transactions and capital efficiency improvement through blockchain. At the same time, the demand for chaining in the non-financial field also shows a diversified trend, including combining blockchain with artificial intelligence to create new decentralized applications, and supporting the demand for high-performance public chains of distributed physical infrastructure networks (DePIN). In addition, companies in the fields of technology, new energy, art, smart wearable devices and consumer brands have also accelerated the blockchainization of real assets.
It is worth noting that during the Hong Kong Web3 Carnival, HashKey Chain completed two landmark collaborations: MMF tokenization with China Pacific Insurance Investment Management (Hong Kong) and on-chain deployment of Boshi ETF, which attracted great attention from the industry. By continuously expanding innovative application scenarios of RWA and other fields, HashKey Chain is becoming the preferred partner of global institutions and continues to lead the industry competition.
