PANews reported on April 29 that according to The Block, CompoSecure, Baanx and MetaMask announced a partnership to launch the MetaMask metal payment card, which is expected to be launched globally in the second quarter of 2025. The card supports users to pay directly through the self-hosted MetaMask wallet on the Linea network, without the need for pre-loading, fiat currency conversion or reliance on centralized exchanges, and the transaction authorization time is less than five seconds.
