PANews reported on March 11 that Cboe BZX Exchange, a subsidiary of the Chicago Board Options Exchange Group, submitted a proposed rule change to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to amend the relevant regulations of the Fidelity Ethereum Fund. The shares of the trust have been approved by the commission to be listed and traded on the exchange in accordance with BZX Rule 14.11(e)(4). The amendment is intended to allow the Ethereum held by the trust to be pledged.
