PANews reported on April 25 that according to the "2025 Crypto-Friendly Cities Index" report released by immigration investment platform Multipolitan, Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, ranked first in the world with 173 points, Hong Kong and Zurich tied for second with 172 points, and Singapore and Abu Dhabi ranked fourth and fifth respectively. The list evaluates the crypto-friendliness of cities through five indicators: regulatory environment, tax system, wealth and quality of life, digital infrastructure, and crypto infrastructure.

The report points out that crypto wealth is accelerating its migration from regulatory-unfriendly regions to emerging crypto financial centers with clear policies and sound infrastructure, such as the UAE, Singapore, and Hong Kong. In the future, the financial center of gravity may shift from traditional financial cities to emerging global cities that prioritize crypto.
