PANews reported on April 29 that BNB Chain has successfully completed the hard fork upgrade of BSC and OpBNB. After the upgrade, the block time of BSC was shortened to 1.5 seconds, while the block time of OpBNB was shortened to 0.5 seconds. The main benefits of this upgrade include: faster transaction confirmation speed, more responsive decentralized applications (dApps), and improved user experience.
