PANews reported on February 27 that according to Bloomberg Law, sports betting company DraftKings has agreed to a $10 million settlement with its users to resolve a class action lawsuit regarding false advertising and fraud in its NFT market. The proposed settlement funds will be distributed to users who purchased, held or sold DraftKings NFTs from August 11, 2021 until the judgment is made.
