PANews reported on October 24 that according to Cointelegraph, former Celsius CEO Alex Mashinsky will return to court on November 13 for oral arguments on his motion to dismiss charges of fraud and market manipulation. Mashinsky was arrested in July 2023 and faces seven felony charges related to manipulating the price of Celsius token CEL.
