PANews reported on March 10 that according to Wired, Elon Musk's DOGE company's customized chatbot GSAi has begun to be deployed within the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to automate government tasks. The tool can help employees draft emails, write speaking points, summarize texts, and write code, and can be used to analyze contracts and procurement data.
GSAi offers three AI model options, including Claude Haiku 3.5 (default), Claude Sonnet 3.5 v2, and Meta Llama 3.2. Currently, the tool has been opened to about 1,500 employees, and plans to expand it further in the future. Officials require users not to enter federal non-public information, personally identifiable information, or controlled unclassified information.
