PANews reported on April 9 that a federal court in Nevada, the United States, has approved a preliminary injunction filed by Kalshi, a cryptocurrency-based prediction market, temporarily blocking the state government's actions to stop its cryptocurrency-based prediction market operations. Kalshi co-founder Tarek Mansour thanked the court through the X platform for recognizing the platform's status as an exchange regulated by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
