PANews reported on November 6 that blockchain data company Arkham announced on the X platform that the crypto derivatives exchange ARKHAM PERPETUALS EXCHANGE has opened registration and trading is scheduled to start in one week. Arkham said that registration qualifications vary by jurisdiction. Users living in certain jurisdictions (including the United States) will be excluded from access.
