PANews reported on April 11 that according to the Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily, the AI startup Thinking Machines Lab, founded by former OpenAI CTO Mira Murati, is trying to complete a $2 billion seed round of financing. According to reports, if this round of financing is completed as planned, the company's valuation will reach at least $10 billion. Thinking Machines Lab has previously stated that it intends to create an AI system that is "more extensively understood, customizable, and more powerful" than existing systems.
