PANews reported on May 1 that Tether plans to launch a stablecoin product in the United States as early as this year. Tether CEO Paul Ardoino said in an interview with CNBC on April 30 that Tether's flagship stablecoin USDt has become the largest "exporter" of the US dollar, with a market value of nearly $150 billion. Tether is preparing to enter the US market at the end of this year or early next year, depending on the progress of US lawmakers in stablecoin legislation. Tether is attracting US regulators by working with law enforcement agencies and emphasizing the benefits of USDt to the US economy. Ardoino said they believe that the US dollar is the best product created by the United States and regards it as an export.
