PANews reported on April 28 that according to official news, New Fire Asset Management (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. announced that it had signed a strategic cooperation MOU with Fangde Securities Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong). The two parties agreed to work together to create virtual asset fund services. The two parties will jointly build a mature virtual asset trading network and investment system to provide high-net-worth investors and institutional clients with more convenient, compliant and diversified virtual asset investment products. Fangde (Hong Kong) will become the distribution channel for a number of compliant fund products of New Fire Asset Management, including New Fire Multi-Strategy Virtual Asset Fund and New Fire Quantitative Arbitrage Neutral Strategy Combination Fund. New Fire Asset Management will also become Fangde (Hong Kong)'s exclusive partner in the virtual asset industry. The two core funds distributed in this cooperation include: New Fire Multi-Strategy Virtual Asset Fund and New Fire Quantitative Arbitrage Neutral Strategy Combination Fund. In addition, the two parties will jointly explore project cooperation opportunities in the fields of blockchain technology, financial technology, digital assets, tokenization and Web3.0.
