PANews reported on May 16 that according to an announcement by Top Win International, the company will be renamed "AsiaStrategy" and will join hands with Web3 fund Sora Ventures to enter the digital asset field, planning to promote the Bitcoin treasury strategy in Asia. This cooperation marks that Top Win will shift part of its corporate treasury allocation to BTC while retaining its main business of high-end watches. After the announcement, Top Win's stock price soared more than 60% in pre-market trading, from $7.50 to $12.12. Sora founder Jason Fang will serve as the company's co-CEO and join the board of directors. The strategy may follow the MicroStrategy model and strengthen BTC's position as a corporate reserve asset.
