He believes this will improve medical, agricultural and social services and help the government combat fraud.
Last year, Ellison publicly supported real-time monitoring, saying that AI systems supported by Oracle can analyze social behavior and keep people in "optimal condition." In addition, Oracle is investing in a 2.2GW supercomputing data center, which is expected to cost $50 billion to $100 billion, and is participating in the $500 billion Stargate AI infrastructure plan to further promote the development of global AI.
