This article reviews the evolution of the open source licensing system, analyzes the challenges and opportunities for public domain licenses in the Web3 era, explores the applicability of SCC0 in the Web3 era, breaks through the limitations of traditional public domain licenses, and injects new vitality into the future driven by smart contract technology.
