PANews 10月4日消息，据The Block报道，美国检察官周三重申，现有的法律框架足以指控FTX创始人Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF)犯有与欺诈相关的违法行为。司法部驳回了SBF此前的说辞，即“明显缺乏相关法律或指导，直接关系到涉嫌使用客户存款是否构成挪用，而并非被允许的商业行为”。司法部补充称，虽然法律的存在可能与确立法定注意义务有关，但缺乏监管与受害人是否将金钱委托给被告保管无关。
