ETHShanghai 2025, Asia's premier Ethereum event themed "Expanding Ethereum, Shaping an Open Future," is set to begin in one week in Shanghai. The event features a summit and a hackathon, bringing together global leaders including Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin (online) and Hsiao-Wei Wang of the Ethereum Foundation (online).

ETHShanghai Hackathon: A 72-hour offline event from October 18-21 at High-Tech Digital Communication Valley, attracting over 300 developers. Winners can present to top investment institutions.
ETHShanghai Summit: Held on October 22 at the Shibei Science and Technology Innovation Conference Center, it will explore Ethereum's future, including AI and DeFi, marking the ecosystem's next phase of expansion.
After Party: An evening networking event on October 22 in Shanghai.

Themed "Expanding Ethereum, Shaping an Open Future," this conference will bring together the world's top minds and talents. Xiao Feng, Chairman and CEO of HashKey Group and Chairman of Wanxiang Blockchain, will deliver the opening remarks. Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin (online), Hsiao-Wei Wang, the new Co-Executive Director of the Ethereum Foundation (online), and Tomasz Stańczak, among other prominent guests, will gather to explore the future of the Ethereum ecosystem.

The conference is led by the Chinese builder community ETHPanda, co-organized by Wanxiang Blockchain Lab, PANews and TinTinLand, and held in the same city as the Wanxiang Blockchain Global Summit, aiming to create a focus for the global Web3 world.
