PANews reported on November 4th that, according to on-chain analyst Yu Jin, a "whale/institution" that borrowed and shorted 66,000 ETH for a profit of $23.31 million had just transferred another 100 million USDC to Binance after switching from short to long positions to buy ETH at the bottom.
