PANews reported on October 27th that, according to PR Newswire, American Bitcoin Corp. (NASDAQ: ABTC) announced that it had acquired approximately 1,414 bitcoins from September 1st to October 24th, bringing its holdings to approximately 3,865 bitcoins, some of which were held in escrow or used as collateral for its mining machine procurement agreement with Bitmain. The company also disclosed its "Satoshis Per Share" (SPS) metric: as of October 24th, it stood at 418, a 52% increase from September 1st.
