PANews reported on November 3rd that, according to foreign media outlet Kabar, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov stated that the newly established "Bereket Bank" was suggested by Binance founder Changpeng Zhao and is a private banking project primarily serving virtual assets and digital currencies. Japarov stated that the state will not be involved, and former parliament speaker Marat Sultanov was invited to oversee the organization. His son, Nurdoolot Nurgazoev, will serve as one of the founders and gain practical experience. The bank plans to attract substantial overseas funding, and other shareholders may be added later. He emphasized its separation from government operations and the absence of public funding. The president reiterated that his family members will not participate in political affairs or public office elections.
