PANews reported on November 5th, citing CNBC, that US President Trump has renominated Jared Isaacman, an ally of Elon Musk, as NASA administrator. Isaacman, a close friend of Tesla CEO Elon Musk, was initially nominated for NASA administrator last December, before Trump officially took office. Isaacman is a billionaire who founded the payment company Shift4 and has led two private spaceflight missions. However, Trump withdrew the nomination in late May after a dispute with Musk.
