Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission launches tender for virtual asset trading monitoring system

PANews reported on October 28 that according to the Hong Kong Economic Journal, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission has launched a tender for a virtual asset transaction monitoring system, aiming to continuously upgrade its regulatory capabilities. It is reported that the deadline for bids is November 7, 2025, and the winning institution is expected to be determined in the first half of 2026 to strengthen the detection of abnormal movements in virtual asset transactions.
