PANews reported on April 11 that, according to Lookonchain monitoring, whales/institutions are continuously increasing their ETH holdings. A wallet associated with Cumberland withdrew 26,500 ETH (worth approximately $59.52 million) from OKX, Binance, Bybit, and Coinbase in the past 12 hours.
