Trump: Considering a gradual de-escalation of military action against Iran

PANews reported on March 21 that, according to CCTV News cited by Jinshi, US President Trump posted on his social media "Real Social" that they are very close to achieving their established goals as they consider gradually de-escalating major military operations against the Iranian regime in the Middle East.

1. Thoroughly weaken Iran's missile capabilities, launchers, and all related facilities.

2. Destroy Iran's defense industrial base.

3. Eliminate Iran's naval and air forces, including its air defense weapon systems.

4. Never allow Iran to come even close to possessing nuclear capabilities; at the same time, the United States must always maintain a posture so that it can swiftly and forcefully retaliate should such a situation arise.

5. Protect U.S. allies in the Middle East, including Israel, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, and other countries, with the highest level of protection.

Trump stated that the guarding and patrolling of the Strait of Hormuz should be undertaken by other countries using the strait, if necessary, and the United States will no longer assume this responsibility. The U.S. is willing to support these countries' operations in the Strait of Hormuz if invited, but such assistance will no longer be necessary once the Iranian threat is completely eliminated. Crucially, this would be an easy military operation for these countries.
