PANews reported on May 5 that according to DL News, Israeli police have arrested a hacker suspect, Alexander Gurevich, who was suspected of being involved in the Nomad attack at Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv. It is reported that he has dual Russian and Israeli citizenship and tried to use a certificate with a different name to go to Russia when he was arrested. The Nomad attack caused the encrypted cross-chain protocol to lose $190 million in crypto assets and eventually collapsed.
