PANews reported on May 3 that in response to Justin Sun’s call for OKX to freeze and investigate the stolen funds deposited after the TRON DAO Twitter account was illegally taken over, OKX Star posted on the X platform: “OKX has an open policy of cooperation with law enforcement agencies, and can provide preliminary evidence of some incidents through public reporting channels. OKX has made temporary emergency freezes based on the evidence, and should then cooperate with law enforcement staff to provide legal documents to continue freezing funds. OKX has also formulated a consumer protection policy in accordance with the law, and cannot freeze customer funds based solely on an individual’s X platform tweets or verbal communications.”
