The core measures include standardization of the DAO proposal process, transfer of treasury control to DAO members, establishment of legal entities, financial independence and governance transparency. The team will add $10 million USDC as operating funds, and after two years, grant DAO 50% of the protocol revenue (currently about 32 million JUP) to support ecological growth.
