PANews reported on April 16 that according to Cyvers Alerts monitoring, the 1ROR/WETH pool was attacked on the Ethereum chain, with a loss of approximately $780,000. The attacker exploited a vulnerability in the emergencyWithdraw() function to carry out the attack, having previously deposited only a small amount of funds to trigger the vulnerability. After the attack, the funds were quickly converted to ETH and transferred through multiple wallets, some of which flowed to TornadoCash. Monitoring showed that the suspicious address used by the attacker was also initially funded by TornadoCash.
