PANews 6月1日消息，香港数字资产平台OSL在官网上宣布，已向香港证券及期货事务监察委员会（SFC）申请升级其现有牌照，以便在新的监管要求（从2023年6月1日生效）下开展零售交易。牌照升级将使OSL能够向零售投资者提供虚拟资产交易服务，同时符合严格的投资者保护措施。
