PANews 8月30日消息，据Bitcoin.com报道，俄罗斯警告法国政府，不要在Telegram首席执行官Pavel Durov的案件中采取政治行动，法国对Durov提起刑事指控可能被视为“政治迫害”。Durov是俄罗斯出生的法国公民，因涉嫌未能控制信息平台上的非法内容而在巴黎被拘留。他已经被保释，但必须留在法国并定期向警方报到。
克里姆林宫发言人Dmitry Peskov表示，认可Durov拥有俄罗斯公民身份，并愿意其提供帮助。
