The original FeiXiaoHao team accused the buyer of obtaining part of the source code and data after paying the down payment, then refused to pay the balance and tried to resell the source code, resulting in the cancellation of the brand sale plan. However, the buyer refuted that it had legally registered an overseas company and trademark, accused the original team of delivering incomplete source code and repeated sales, and emphasized that after taking over, it invested hundreds of thousands of dollars to repair the system before it was put back online.

The buyer also announced future plans, including improving the Meme token rankings, promoting globalization, adding KOL columns and VC inclusion functions. At the same time, it has initiated legal proceedings and plans to disclose the details of the acquisition to counter the false accusations.
