PANews reported on May 13 that according to Robinhood's official website, Robinhood will acquire Canadian crypto platform WonderFi for a cash consideration of 0.36 Canadian dollars per share, with a total valuation of approximately 250 million Canadian dollars, a premium of approximately 41% over the closing price on May 12. After the transaction is completed, WonderFi will be incorporated into Robinhood Crypto to continue operations, and its team will also join Robinhood to accelerate the expansion of the Canadian market. The transaction is expected to be completed in the second half of 2025.
