Summary

2025 Summer

A career springboard for the future, take your first step with Web3.

On July 25, we officially launched the completely free "Web3 Internship Program" jointly initiated by ETHPanda and LXDAO.

In just 72 hours, we have received nearly 190 application forms from college students and career changers around the world! More than half of them are students! The registration link is below. It's still open and will close soon!

This is a gathering of people from all corners of the world and diverse backgrounds, all heading towards Web3. It also proves that this is something worth doing—we are building a truly surmountable bridge for the future of Web3.

01 | What is the "Web3 Internship Program"?

The "Web3 Internship Program" is a growth-oriented entry-level program for college students and career transitioners. Jointly launched by ETHPanda and LXDAO, it is dedicated to providing newcomers eager to enter the blockchain industry with systematic learning, practical training, job matching, and community support, helping them overcome information barriers, open up practical paths, and successfully take their first steps into Web3.

Unlike single courses or short-term training, the "Web3 Internship Program" integrates open-source manuals, collaborative learning mechanisms, and a network of ecosystem resources to create an internship path that combines "companionship-based growth with practical learning." Participants will not only be able to systematically master the basic knowledge of Ethereum and other public chain ecosystems, but will also comprehensively improve their ability to adapt to real work scenarios through simulated tasks, output of results and job docking.

We believe that a real internship program is not just "giving you knowledge", but "bringing you into the industry".

02 | What does the internship program include?

"Web3 Internship Manual"

An introductory guide that has been written and polished for nearly two months and is tailored for college students and industry newcomers. It not only "teaches you how to get started", but also takes you through the fog, avoids traps, and gets to the core. The main contents include:

  • Web3 ecological basic knowledge and development context
  • Job competency framework and skills training suggestions
  • Resume template, collaboration tool navigation, interview avoidance guide
  • Real stories and growth paths of multiple interns

The manual content will be released in an open source form, completely free and prohibited from commercial use. It is suitable for students to study by themselves and can also be used as a training manual for new project owners.

03 | Hot Questions and Answers (Please forward to friends who are still hesitating!)

We have sorted out high-frequency questions to help you participate without worries:

Q1: Is the event charged?

**Completely free! **This plan is an open source, public welfare plan that aims to build a bridge for newcomers to enter Web3 without charging any fees. All costs are sponsored by individuals, community treasury, and partners. Co-sponsors ETHPanda and LXDAO are non-profit organizations, and we are a community-driven, ethical DAO focused on the long-term development of the industry, not short-term commercial gains.

Q2: Are internships paid?

We are a public welfare internship program. We do not recruit interns, but rather provide necessary support and training for newcomers interested in entering the industry. Internship assignments are unpaid (such as simulations and boot camps), but the partner positions are real. Outstanding candidates will receive referrals for internships with the program's partners. Whether they will be interviewed and offered a job, as well as salary levels, will be determined by the employer. Our core goal is to lower the barrier to entry and provide a bridge for everyone.

Q3: What if there are time conflicts?

Bootcamp tasks can be completed asynchronously, and key activities, such as the briefing sessions, will be recorded. Our flexible design ensures global accessibility. We encourage everyone to participate and interact in real time, as this will earn you extra points.

Q4: Is the skill threshold high?

No senior experience is required! The manuals and tasks are divided into levels, suitable for newcomers with zero foundation. There are guidance documents for technical tasks, and non-technical directions (such as operations) are more practical. If you already have some basics, we will also provide more advanced learning materials.

04 | Strong partner lineup: jointly build Web3 talent ecology

The implementation of this plan is inseparable from the support of all partners. The following is an incomplete list. We will update the partners we add later!

Special support (sponsorship and resources)

Thanks to Liu Bing (Nantang DAO) and Box for their financial support. Thank you OneKey for providing hardware wallet sponsorship.
