PANews reported on May 20 that according to the official blog of Lido, Lido DAO released the "Assisted Proposer Mechanism" (APM) framework, which aims to help node operators safely adopt new tools for Ethereum block building, such as proposer-builder separation (PBS) and pre-confirmation mechanisms, to improve efficiency and rewards while maintaining decentralization. The APM framework is divided into three layers: mechanisms (such as PBS), protocols (such as MEV-Boost), and auxiliary tools (such as Commit-Boost). To ensure safe deployment, Lido proposed the establishment of an APM committee to evaluate, approve and maintain a list of available APMs to ensure that they are in line with the values of Ethereum and Lido. The proposal has been submitted to the Lido governance forum, and community voting is about to start.
