The top five locked values are: Arbitrum One (US$20.96 billion, down 4.41% on the 7th); Base (US$14.37 billion, down 1.17% on the 7th); OP Mainnet (US$8.77 billion, down 4.46% on the 7th); Blast (US$1.52 billion, down 9.97% on the 7th); ZKsync Era (US$1.36 billion, down 9.66% on the 7th).
