US listed company reAlpha plans to use up to 25% of its surplus cash to buy cryptocurrencies

(Nasdaq: AIRE) announced that its board of directors has approved an investment policy for the purchase of cryptocurrencies and adopted Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana as reAlpha's main financial reserve assets. The company plans to use up to 25% of excess cash (if any) exceeding the estimated six-month operating expenses to purchase cryptocurrencies, which will be determined based on the company's market conditions and actual operating needs, reflecting the company's commitment to innovative capital management and diversification strategies.
