PANews reported on November 1st that, in response to concerns circulating in the community that "EtherFi may be experiencing upstream and downstream issues, with a card that has never been used for any transactions/pre-authorizations being fraudulently used and suspended," EtherFi CEO Mike Silagadze stated, "We are investigating this matter and communicating with our credit card partners. All users who experienced fraudulent transactions will receive a refund."
