Since the sharp drop on October 11th, they have used a total of 32.48 million USDC to buy 8,719 ETH, at an average price of $3,725. They consistently bought after the price drop.
- On October 11, after ETH dropped 10%, 13 million USDC bought 3,485 ETH at a price of $3,730.
- On October 17, after ETH fell by 7%, 11.33 million USDC bought 3,024 ETH at a price of $3,747.
- On November 3, after ETH fell by 4%, 8.15 million USDC bought 2,210 ETH at a price of $3,687.
