PANews reported on October 22nd that 15,965 bitcoins associated with a sanctioned wallet still controlled by Prince Group criminal mastermind Chen Zhi ( previously referred to by Onchain Lens as the "LuBian Mining Pool Wallet" ) have been transferred on-chain for the first time in three years. Notably, this batch of bitcoins is not part of the 127,000 bitcoins that the United States announced last week had been seized from his business.
