Both ByteDance and Tencent's AI programming tools have removed the Claude model, possibly due to Anthropic tightening its terms of service.

PANews reported on November 5th that emails shared by multiple users on social media platforms indicate that Trae, ByteDance's AI programming tool, announced it will no longer provide access to the Claude model due to service adjustments. The emails also stated that thanks to core models such as GPT-5, Gemini-2.5-Pro, Kimi-K2-0905, and DeepSeek-V3.1-Terminus, as well as TRAE's deep optimizations in inference quality, code intelligence, and execution flow, users can still enjoy the same high level of product performance as before. "We are full of confidence in the future."
