Trump claims to have scored a perfect score on a cognitive test again and proposes making a mandatory cognitive test a requirement for presidential candidacy.

PANews reported on January 2nd that US President Trump posted a message stating that the White House medical team had just released a report confirming that he is currently in "absolutely healthy" condition and has achieved a "perfect score" on a cognitive ability test for the third time (meaning he answered all questions correctly 100%!). Trump stated, "No other president or former vice president has ever been willing to take such a test. Addendum: I firmly believe that anyone running for president or vice president should be required to undergo a serious, valid, and validated cognitive test. Our great nation cannot be governed by 'stupid' or incompetent people!" (Jin Shi)
