US market trading volume increased by approximately 50% year-on-year, exceeding $1 trillion in the first seven months, driven by the GENIUS Act and the White House's 180-day digital asset report. Stablecoin trading accounts for approximately 30% of total crypto volume, reaching $4 trillion by August, an 83% year-on-year increase. Tether and Circle account for approximately 93% of the market capitalization. Retail trading increased by over 125% year-on-year from January to September, primarily for payments, remittances, and risk hedging.
