PANews reported on October 25th that, according to Coindesk, Ripple has completed its acquisition of brokerage Hidden Road and renamed it Ripple Prime, offering integrated trading, financing, and clearing services to institutions. Ripple stated that since the deal was announced, Prime's business has tripled, serving over 300 institutions and clearing over $3 trillion. Some clients will be able to use the stablecoin RLUSD as collateral, and Ripple plans to expand its reach through the new division.
