PANews reported on November 5th that, according to AiYi, Richard Heart, the founder of HEX and PulseChain, has again transferred 47,200 ETH (approximately $151 million) to the mixing protocol Tornado Cash through four addresses. These addresses currently hold approximately 63,423 ETH, worth about $204 million.
The founder of HEX is suspected of transferring another 47,000 ETH to Tornado Cash, worth over $150 million.
